At Kith & Kin, we’ve developed online training modules that can be accessed remotely by your employees.

Often, employees will hide their financial health challenges from their employer, out of fear of judgement or embarrassment. With our online modules, staff can access Financial Wellbeing support in their own time. Providing online options allows employees to avoid awkward discussions around their finances, and take matters in to their own hands, in their own time.

Our modules are placed on your staff intranet, making them easy to access. Staff will first complete a financial wellbeing scorecard, and then be prompted to complete a series of training modules to improve their understanding.

After completing the online module, staff will complete the same scorecard again, meaning you can actively measure improvement in Financial Health & Wellbeing.
