Membership provides

Access to Financial Advisory Support

A way to build your Social Impact

Quarterly Workshops

After initial meetings, we’ll agree timescales for Quarterly Workshops, tailored toward your wellbeing priorities. Looking at your organisational and employee structure, we can develop bespoke workshops to suit the variating generational needs of your people.

Our workshops discuss topics such as buying your first home, managing your money, pensions & retirement, credit & debit and estate management. Being bespokely designed, we can build the quarterly programme after your initial consultation, and ensure our delivery is aligned with your needs.

Access to Financial Advisory Support

When you join Kith & Kin as an annual member, you gain access to a designated financial support network. We’ll provide contact details that can accessed by your whole office, meaning financial advice is just on the other side of the phone for your people. Having that network for your teams can help reduce financial stress, and improve concentration and productivity at work.

Moreover, with Kith & Kin on hand, we’ll be ready to support your people when a crisis unfolds. Choosing membership prioritises your peoples’ financial needs all year round.

Access to our Online Training

40% of employees stated their wellbeing has been negatively impacted by remote working. Working remotely, prioritising wellbeing initiatives can be complex. With membership, not only do your staff gain access to workshops and a financial advisor, but they also can complete our online training module. Online modules allow staff to access financial wellbeing remotely, in their own time.

Some staff will struggle to open up around financial hardship due to embarrassment or shame, and providing an online resource that can be anonymously accessed can be a key way to shatter that stigma. Through membership, you gain access to the annual licence each year you renew with us.

1-to-1 Staff Financial Clinics

After every workshop or on an ad-hoc as required basis, we can provide 1-to-1 staff financial clinics through our membership model. These clinics provide your people with a 30 minute audit with a Financial Advisor. Throughout, we’ll get to the root of the financial stress issue, and strategise with your staff to provide actionable advise and direction to resolve their challenges. These clinics provide a personal, tailored solution to financial hardship, and ensure your people feel heard.

As all of our team are non-commission based advisors, the advice is sound and honest – there is no incentive for us to sell services, or force your people into unnecessary further debt.

Build your Social Impact

Kith & Kin are proud to be a NatWest & Pioneer’s Post Top 100 Social Enterprise & a Registered Social Enterprise Northern Ireland Member. As a Social Enterprise, we use all of our profit for Social Good, providing free financial advice for community groups, as well as for young people aged 18 to 24, ensuring they are prepared with financial skills ahead of their first job and buying their first home.

Choosing a membership approach with us ensures that we can continue to provide purposeful profit for society. Not only are you prioritising your peoples’ financial wellbeing, but you are prioritising the wellbeing of every stakeholder we encounter. Membership is the perfect way to build your Social Impact as an organisation, and create social value across our communities.
