Currently I lead Imagineif, an organisation which helps individuals and companies develop their potential and reveal their brilliance. After an initial career in teaching I eventually moved into teacher training. My working life has always been about people development having worked in the past for organisations such as: The Henderson Group; BRC Partnership; Aspire Creative Training and Fujitsu. I always seek to incorporate creative ideas into the learning environment and music plays a big part of life at work and outside work. As a licensed practitioner with Emergenetics International I find their tools and workshops an excellent aid to show people their strengths and reach their full potential.
